Our two choirs , Linskill Community Choir and Cant Sing Choir North Tyneside are excited about the year ahead with many lovely opportunities to sing .
We will be taking part once again in the Mouth Of The Tyne Festival at Tynemouth station, we always look forward to this great event .A first for us this year will be singing in Bedford Centre North Shields as part of Helix Arts , art in the community week .
Can’t Sing Choir North Tyneside has the privilege of being involved in a pilot for a community opera . We are delighted that phase two will be going ahead this year and we will have the opportunity to work and perform with professional musicians in creating a new opera called Home.
Our aim is to make singing accessible to everyone . Through our weekly sessions and workshops we offer fun , friendly , relaxed tuition to help everyone gain the huge benefits that are to be had by singing in a choir .

The Amarillo Challenge
On the 'Singing for All' facebook page we issued a challenge to our choirs to submit video's to accompany Can't Sing Choirs version of Amarillo 21 members got involved! check out the video!

Linskill Community Choir has performed all over the local area at a wide variety of local events and has gained a reputation for
its energetic , lively and heartfelt singing
of well known, popular songs guaranteed
to get the toes tapping or the tears flowing
(in a good way !!)
The cost of membership to attend choir sessions is £50 per term, you can attend a taster session for free :)
Our sessions are held on a Monday evening at 7.15pm (except for bank holidays and choir term breaks)
